About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 90-day internship. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in Human Resources, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Communicate with candidates through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
- Assist with onboarding and other HR activities.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Help prepare HR reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Learn and contribute to various HR processes.

Requirements
- Students, freshers, or candidates interested in building a career in HR can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office setting.
- Must be available to work from the office at Bestech Business Center, Mohali.
- Must be available from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
