Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Nangli Sakrawati, Najafgarh, Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month

Job Type: Full time

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

We are looking for a energetic and experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

- Process monthly payroll and maintain attendance and leave records.

- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS databases.

- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.

- Handle employee grievances and HR-related queries.

- Coordinate with department heads on hiring and HR requirements.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment.

- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.

- Good communication, organizational,



and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently.
