Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead HR operations, talent acquisition, employee management, and HR process development. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience managing end-to-end HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead HR operations and manpower planning.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments.
- Oversee employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Manage performance appraisals, KRAs/KPIs, and employee development.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and full & final settlements.




- Ensure HR documentation and statutory compliance coordination.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and analyse recruitment, headcount, and attrition.
- Work closely with senior management on HR strategy and workforce planning.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of HR operations and generalist functions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS/HRIS.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
