The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in end-to-end recruitment and a basic understanding of payroll processes. This role demands robust communication skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Provide assistance in basic payroll-related tasks and attendance management.
- Support HR operations such as documentation, data entry, and employee queries.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Make basic job related flyers for social media platforms .

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in recruitment.




- Basic knowledge of payroll processes and HR documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts .(Any 9 hr shift between 9.00 am to 9.00 pm - Mon to Fri)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per year
