Job Summary

BeatBox Fitness is looking for an energetic and organized HR Recruiter to support our fitness studios in Bengaluru and Hyderabad .

Candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply. Freshers with robust communication skills and an interest in recruitment and HR are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer enquiries through:
- Phone calls
- WhatsApp
- Social media
- Walk-ins
- Website and campaign leads
- Explain Beatbox Fitness memberships, classes, services, pricing, and available offers.
- Understand customer fitness requirements and guide them toward suitable membership options.
- Follow up with new and existing leads consistently.
- Book trial sessions and ensure customers attend their scheduled trials.
- Follow up with customers who cancel or repeatedly reschedule their trials.
- Contact no-shows and reschedule trials when appropriate.
- Convert enquiries and trial customers into memberships.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects until closure.
- Handle existing member enquiries professionally.
- Assist members with:
- Class bookings
- Membership-related queries
- Membership renewals
- Membership freezes
- Schedule-related questions
- General studio support
- Update all customer interactions, calls, follow-ups, trial bookings, and lead statuses accurately in the CRM.
- Maintain temporary lead trackers or sheets when required and ensure all information is subsequently updated in the CRM.
- Ensure no leads are missed or left without proper follow-up.
- Coordinate with Sales,



Front Desk, Trainers, and Studio Management.
- Support membership renewal and retention activities.
- Follow up on pending payments when required.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate quick resolution.
- Maintain daily lead, call, trial, attendance, conversion, and follow-up reports.
- Support studio events, promotional campaigns, and member-engagement activities.
- Deliver a professional and welcoming experience to every customer and member.

Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable spoken English.
- Knowledge of local languages will be an advantage.
- Excellent customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Confident communication over calls and WhatsApp.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic sales and lead-conversion ability.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven fitness environment.
- Presentable, energetic, positive, and customer-friendly personality.
