Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive (Automobile) role based in Kochi. The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling onboarding and exit formalities, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The role involves managing employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, coordinating performance management activities, and supporting training and development initiatives.

The HR Executive will assist in manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and HR reporting, while working closely with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business needs. The position requires regular interaction with employees, managers, and external partners to foster a positive, performance-oriented work culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR activities.
- Candidates should possess solid HR Operations skills, including experience with documentation, HR processes, compliance,



and HR data management.
- Candidates should possess effective Employee Relations skills, with the ability to handle grievances, support engagement initiatives, and promote a positive workplace climate.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, including drafting, interpreting, and implementing policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; prior experience in an HR role within the automobile or related industry is an advantage.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and HR software, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
