Webtrack Technologies is looking for a motivated and organised HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.

- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.

- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave details.

- Support daily HR operations and employee engagement activities.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- 6months or 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

- Valuable interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
