Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with the fourth Saturday off.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

PBR Enterprise is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the Human Resources function, manage employee-related activities, and support the company's business and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, managerial, and operational positions.

· Oversee employee relations, engagement, performance management, and retention.

· Manage HR operations, including onboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

· Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.





· Plan manpower requirements in coordination with management and project teams.

· Organise employee training, induction, and development activities.

· Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

· Lead the HR team and provide guidance on HR-related issues.

· Prepare HR reports and support management in workforce planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· 10–15 years of experience in Human Resources.

· Robust knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and statutory compliance.

· Experience in HR team management and workforce planning.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in solar, EPC, infrastructure, or a related industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
