Position: HR Recruiter / HR Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates and ensure timely joining.
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR reports.
- Support daily HR operations, attendance, and employee coordination.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment.




- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
