Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and coordination skills and be capable of independently managing day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Handle candidate communication, follow-ups, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Manage HR documentation and employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance data, and HR reports.




- Address employee queries and manage day-to-day HR operations.
- Handle joining and exit formalities, including Full & Final (F&F;) coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple HR activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Experience in the US Car Rental or Travel Industry will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
