About the Role:

Geek Web Solution is seeking an HR Executive with strong experience in the IT industry to handle complete HR operations and ensure a smooth employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.
- Conduct onboarding, documentation, and induction for new joiners.
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate accurate payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with HR processes and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with management and technical teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Minimum 1 years of HR experience in the IT industry.
- Solid understanding of IT recruitment and HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Superworks HRMS tool is a great plus.
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
