Role Description The Human Resources Generalist at FusionEdge is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations across the organization. The role involves administering HR policies and procedures, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, and handling day-to-day queries related to benefits, leave, and HR processes.

The HR Generalist coordinates performance management activities, maintains employee records, and ensures compliance with local labor laws and company standards. This position also supports employee engagement initiatives, assists in recruitment and selection, and collaborates with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure HR practices align with business objectives and promote a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for handling core HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of HR Policies for developing, implementing, and maintaining fair, compliant,



and consistent HR frameworks.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration for managing compensation, benefits programs, and related employee inquiries.
- Relevant skills such as knowledge of labor laws and regulations, experience with HRIS or HR software, and proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust across teams.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role; a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and support a fast-paced, technology-driven work environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
