: HR Executive – Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection, offer rollout, and joining.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions with candidates.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer discussions.

- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.

- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS.

- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per hiring targets.

- Manage candidate documentation, background verification, and pre-joining formalities.

- Support onboarding, induction, and other HR activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Robust coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven environment.

- Experience in technical or infrastructure recruitment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
