We are looking for a skilled HR Officer to manage our daily human resources operations. In this role, you will support the entire employee lifecycle from initial recruitment and onboarding to performance tracking and employee relations. You will act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and ensure our workplace policies align with legal standards and company culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment &
- Talent Acquisition:

Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions. Coordinate with department heads to understand their hiring needs.

- Onboarding &

- Offboarding:

Manage the employee lifecycle, including conducting orientation programs, completing joining documentation, and handling exit formalities.

- Employee Engagement &

- Culture:

Plan, organize, and execute company engagement activities, including employee birthdays, team picnics, festive celebrations, and team-building outings.

- Employee Recognition Programs: Design and manage internal rewards and recognition (R&R;) initiatives (e.g., Employee of the Month, long-service awards)



to boost morale and retention.

- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, resolve workplace grievances, and foster a positive, productive work setting.

- HR Operations &

- Compliance:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital employee records. Ensure company policies comply with local labour laws and regulations.

- Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance appraisal cycles, tracking key performance metrics, and managing employee development plans.

- Payroll &

Benefits Support:

Collaborate with the finance team to provide accurate data for monthly payroll processing, including attendance tracking, leave balances, and deductions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience

- Human resources: 3 years (Required)
