Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Global HR team at our Kochi Shared Service Office. The role focuses on HR data management, HR systems administration, reporting, employee support, and continuous improvement of global HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data across global HR systems.
- Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and support timely resolution.
- Provide first-line support for HR systems, processes, and policy-related queries.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data analyses.
- Support user administration, organisational structures, and system access management.
- Maintain HR documentation, user guides, and process descriptions.




- Manage digital learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support global HR projects, system enhancements, digitalisation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders across multiple countries.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or HR coordination, preferably in a global organisation.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/HCM systems administration.
- Solid understanding of HR data management and data quality.
- Experience supporting employees and managers with HR processes and systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and good PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred: Experience with Sage People, Litmos LMS, HR process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives. Why Join Us?
