- Should have good understanding of technology

- Experience in sourcing,screening,interviewing,negotiating,and onboarding potential candidates
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand specific talent needs for niche technical and other roles in IT/Analytics
- Develop a comprehensive hiring approach using multiple channels and ensure timely and cost-effective hiring
- Manage end to end recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up with the candidates till they join
- Gather job requisitions after discussing with stakeholders, manage job-posting on job portals like Naukri etc, social media like LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc and liaise with external recruitment agencies
- Source and screen potential candidates, conduct and manage HR and technical interviews
- Manage offers, salary negotiation, joining and other related processes




- Manage onboarding and other formalities including employee contracts, document validation etc
- Manage end to end campus placement for freshers hiring, liaise with TPOs
- As part of a quick-growing and demanding startup, you may need to contribute to other HR activities apart from recruitment and help HR Admin team as needed
- Should have proven experience in the following:
- Experience in managing end to end recruitment for technical roles in IT/Analytics industry
- Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding potential candidates
