- Scheduling on-campus interviews to the candidates in recruiting tool
- Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting tools
- Providing follow-up correspondence to the recruiters
- Maintaining highest quality and improving customer experience
- Address customers queries on a timely manner
- Adhere to process level SLAs
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- 24x7 shift timings
