? We're hiring: HR and Talent Acquisition Manager | Navi Mumbai

Keplin Global Services is the Indian hub of the UK-based Keplin Group, a leading name in FMCG import, wholesale and digital retail. We support operations across Amazon, Shopify and TikTok from our office in Vashi, and we are growing. We're looking for a hands-on HR qualified to look after our people and lead our hiring.

What you'll do

? Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments and levels

? Build the Keplin employer brand in India: careers page, LinkedIn presence and how we show up to candidates

? Run day-to-day HR for around 50 people, from onboarding and records to exits

? Support staff and managers through appraisals, feedback and engagement

? Own HR compliance, including POSH, and work with our external provider on payroll

? Work with the India Director and alongside our UK HR team

Who you are

✅ 5+ years in HR, with recruitment as a core part, including specialist and senior roles





✅ Working knowledge of Indian HR compliance, especially POSH, and comfort working with an external payroll and compliance provider

✅ Experience running appraisals, disciplinary and grievance processes

✅ Fluent English, spoken and written

Nice to have: payroll coordination, HRIS experience, HR qualification (MBA in HR, SHRM, CIPD, PHR), e-commerce or FMCG background, Hindi or Marathi

? Turbhe-Vashi, Navi Mumbai (On-site)

? Flexible shift, Monday to Friday: starts between 12:00 noon and 1:00 PM and ends between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM IST
