Role Description This is a full-time remote internship role in HR and marketing at Lernx. The intern will support HR activities such as assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining candidate and employee records, and helping implement HR policies and initiatives. They will also contribute to employee engagement efforts and assist with communication around benefits and training programs.

On the marketing side, the intern will help with content creation, social media outreach, campaign coordination, and collecting feedback from learners to improve programs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams,



performing basic research, and providing administrative support to both HR and marketing functions.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in HR operations and processes.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Advantages, and the ability to support policy communication and documentation.
- Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and assisting with recruitment and onboarding tasks.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfort with digital tools, remote collaboration platforms, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, documents).
- Interest in marketing activities such as social media, content creation, and learner engagement; prior exposure to marketing is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in HR, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrate initiative, and learn quickly.
