Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Golf Course Road, Gurugram for an HR & Admin Executive. The HR & Admin Executive will oversee various HR management and operational tasks, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.

Responsibilities also include managing daily administrative tasks, streamlining HR processes, and finding right candidates, doing phonic interviews, arranging face-to-face interviews with management, undertaking onboarding, and employee development initiatives.

? Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through various platforms
- Conduct screening calls and shortlist candidates




- Coordinate & schedule face-to-face interviews with management
- Assist in salary discussions and final selection
- Handle onboarding, documentation & employee paperwork
- Create and post job descriptions across job portals

Admin/ Ops Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day admin & office operations
- Work on data, reports and tracking sheets (Excel proficiency is a must)
- Maintain office coordination and support daily operational tasks

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles
- Strong communication skills & good command over English
- Presentable, organised & proactive attitude
- Valuable knowledge of Excel
- Immediate joiner or within 7 days

Qualifications

- Knowledge and skills in Human Resources (HR) functions
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant education or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the beauty or retail sector is a plus
