About the Role

Raywood Ruby Stone Exotic is looking for a responsible, proactive, and guest-focused Property Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, manage staff, maintain service standards, and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Candidates from any part of India (Pan-India) are welcome to apply. Accommodation and food will be provided at the property.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, restaurant, and guest services.
- Supervise, guide, and coordinate staff across departments.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, feedback, special requests, and complaints.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, and room readiness.
- Coordinate with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth food and beverage operations.
- Manage inventory, supplies, operational expenses, and cost control.
- Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, grooming, and discipline.
- Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with management.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve guest reviews, revenue, and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements




- Previous experience in hotel or resort operations is preferred.
- Experience as a Property Manager, Hotel Manager, or Operations Supervisor will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, team-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and guest-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of front office, housekeeping, restaurant operations, and hotel administration.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours according to operational requirements.
