Job Summary

Shri Kamadhenu Residency is looking for a responsible and proactive Residency Supervisor to oversee daily property operations, supervise staff, maintain room quality, and ensure smooth functioning of the entire residency. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring front desk operations, housekeeping, room maintenance, guest services, and overall property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the residency and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor morning and night-shift front desk staff, attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
- Handle front desk operations during staff shortages, emergencies, or unexpected absences.
- Learn and operate the residency management software for bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and room status updates.
- Inspect rooms before guest check-in to ensure cleanliness, amenities, and facilities are in proper condition.
- Verify room conditions after check-out and report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and the room boy/attender to ensure proper cleaning, productivity, and discipline.
- Conduct weekly inspections of all rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, work schedules, break timings, and shift handovers.
- Handle guest queries and routine complaints professionally and escalate major issues to management.
- Monitor maintenance requirements, inventory, room assets, and essential supplies.
- Maintain daily operational records and submit reports to management.
- Coordinate with technicians,



service providers, and contractors for maintenance and future construction or expansion activities.
- Ensure guest safety, property security, and proper upkeep of all facilities.
- Perform additional operational responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel, lodge, residency, guest house, or property operations is preferred.
- Good supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn property management software.
- Ability to manage staff and handle operational challenges independently.
- Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.
- Willingness to support operations during emergencies and staff shortages.
- Honest, disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented.
