Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our multicuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage guest flow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage reservations and waiting lists
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth seating arrangements
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

- Good communication skills (English & Hindi; local language preferred)




- Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations
- Ability to handle rush hours and multitask
- Prior experience in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
