Job Overview &

- ObjectiveThe primary goal is to present spotless, well-stocked, and protected guest rooms that meet property cleanliness standards. Room attendants report directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.

- Room Cleaning &
- Sanitization:

Strip and make beds, change bed linens and pillowcases, dust furniture, and vacuum or mop floors.

- Bathroom Maintenance: Clean and disinfect toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.

- Restocking Supplies: Refill room amenities including fresh towels, toiletries, coffee/tea stations, and minibar items.

- Waste Disposal: Empty trash cans and wastebaskets from guest rooms and service areas.

- Maintenance Reporting: Check room fixtures (lights, TV, AC, plumbing) and report broken or damaged items to the maintenance department.

- Guest Services &

- Requests:

Respond politely to guest inquiries, deliver extra pillows or towels upon request, and handle lost-and-found items per hotel policy.

- Safety &

- Security:

Follow chemical safety guidelines, protect guest privacy,



and keep hallways and service carts organized.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, push heavy carts, and lift items continuously during a shift.

- Attention to Detail: High standard of cleanliness and thoroughness in preparing rooms.

- Time Management: Ability to complete assigned room quotas efficiently within shift hours.

- Communication &
- Courtesy:

Basic verbal skills to interact politely with guests and coordinate with team members.

- Education &

- Experience:

High school diploma preferred; prior cleaning or hospitality experience is a plus, though many properties provide on-the-job training

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
