(JD) – Sales Officer Company: HDFC Sales Position: Sales Officer (On-Roll) CTC: ₹2.2 LPA – ₹3 LPA Attractive Incentives Job Locations: Chikhali, Pune, Baner, Kondhwa, Navi Peth Job SummaryHDFC Sales is hiring motivated and result-oriented Sales Officers for its Home Loan and Mortgage Loan business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, promoting loan products, and achieving assigned sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for Home Loans, Housing Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).

Identify potential customers through field visits, references, and other sales activities. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and channel partners.

Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with internal teams for loan processing. Follow up with customers until loan approval and disbursement.



Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable banking guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, LAP, or Housing Loan sales.

Education: Any Graduate or MBA in Finance/Marketing.

Skills: Good communication, negotiation, customer handling, and lead-generation skills.

Other Requirements: Willingness to travel locally for field sales and customer meetings.
