Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurse to provide qualified nursing care to patients at their residences. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients' health, administering prescribed medications, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to patients at their homes.
- Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen levels.
- Administer prescribed medications and injections as authorized.
- Perform wound dressing and basic nursing procedures.
- Provide catheter care, Ryle's tube (NG tube) feeding, and other nursing support as required.
- Assist bedridden, elderly, and post-operative patients with daily care.
- Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and personal care needs.




- Monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes to the treating doctor or supervisor.
- Maintain accurate patient records and daily nursing reports.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
- Communicate professionally with patients and their family members.
- Provide emergency assistance within the nurse's training and scope of practice.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Qualification: ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valid nursing registration, as applicable.
- Basic knowledge of patient care, medication administration, and nursing procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a home healthcare environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, if required.
