About The Luxury Trips The Luxury Trips (TLT) is a travel company crafting premium international and domestic holidays, corporate travel and MICE experiences, with partnerships across leading hotel groups. We're looking for an experienced Holiday Package Manager to join our Ahmedabad team.

Job Details

- Experience: 2 to 4 years in holiday packages / tour operations
- Salary: Rs. 25,000 - 40,000 per month
- Location: Ahmedabad (in-office), Full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Design, cost and build customised international and domestic holiday packages (FIT and group)
- Understand client requirements and create detailed itineraries with hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing and visas
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines and suppliers to negotiate rates and secure the best deals
- Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up on leads and convert enquiries into bookings
- Handle end-to-end bookings, vouchers, payments and documentation
- Provide pre-departure briefings and on-trip support to ensure a smooth travel experience
- Resolve client queries, changes and issues professionally




- Keep up with destination knowledge, new products and seasonal offers
- Meet monthly sales and margin targets

Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a holiday package executive, tour planner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of popular international destinations (Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Europe, Maldives etc.) and domestic destinations
- Experience with package costing, hotel and DMC contracting, and itinerary planning
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati
- Strong sales, negotiation and client-handling skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and email
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism is a plus
