Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented Team Member to manage the day-to-day operations of the Home & Personal Care department, ensure product availability, maintain proper displays, and provide a positive shopping experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Arrange and replenish products on shelves as per store standards.
- Maintain proper product display, pricing, and labelling.
- Check product expiry dates, packaging, and overall product condition.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Department Manager about replenishment requirements.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock.
- Maintain proper stock rotation and ensure products are organised category-wise.




- Assist customers with product queries and provide information about personal care, skincare, haircare, household cleaning, and hygiene products.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of shelves and the department.
- Support stock counting and inventory management activities.
- Identify damaged, expired, or missing products and report them to the concerned manager.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and customer service standards.

Qualification
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, supermarket, FMCG, or Home & Personal Care is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
