GetSet Tours and Travels is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Holiday Sales Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed holiday bookings.

You will be responsible for assisting customers in planning their vacations, suggesting suitable travel packages, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound holiday package inquiries
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable domestic & international packages
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate with operations team for bookings (flights, hotels, visas, etc.)
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support
- Achieve monthly sales targets




- Update customer data and sales activity in CRM system

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales / holiday consulting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of international and domestic destinations
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred:

- Experience in travel agency or tour operator
- Knowledge of visa processes is an added advantage
- Familiarity with travel software is a plus
