Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Holiday Sales Advisor to help customers plan and book their ideal holidays. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer travel preferences, recommending suitable holiday packages, converting enquiries into bookings, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries related to holiday packages, tours, and travel services.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and travel preferences.
- Recommend suitable holiday destinations, tour packages, and travel options.
- Prepare customized holiday itineraries and travel quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide information about destinations, hotels, flights, sightseeing, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth booking processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Stay updated on travel trends, popular destinations, and holiday offers.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after booking.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Sales,



Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in travel sales, holiday consulting, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sales and customer relationship management abilities.
- Good knowledge of holiday destinations and travel packages.
- Ability to work towards sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling domestic and international holiday packages.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and CRM software.
- Ability to create customized travel itineraries.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
