Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead with solid US Healthcare EDI expertise to manage end-to-end implementation and production support projects for US healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead healthcare EDI implementation, integration, and production support projects.
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, SLAs, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and US client stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before client escalations.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery and continuous process improvement.
- Provide regular project updates and maintain strong client relationships.

Mandatory Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Project Management / Delivery Leadership.
- Strong experience in US Healthcare EDI implementation and production support.




- Healthcare industry experience and experience working with US healthcare clients are mandatory.
- Knowledge of EDI transactions such as 837, 835, 834, 270/271, and 276/277.
- Excellent leadership, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be proactive, take ownership, and be flexible to work in US time zones.

Candidates without US Healthcare EDI experience in both implementation and production support will not be considered.
