Key Responsibilities




- Conduct in office land and building inspections.
- Record measurements, property details, and boundary information.
- Capture property photographs, GPS locations, and customer/site details.
- Collect nearby property market rates and update inspection reports through the mobile application.

Payment & Work Details
- Payment: ₹400 per completed inspection file.
- Time per file: 20–30 minutes.
- Flexible working hours.
- File submission TAT: 6 hours.
- Travel coverage: Up to 80 km from the candidate’s PIN code, subject to assignment availability.
