JOB OPENING : CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum qualification : 12th pass.
- Positive Communication skills.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
- 6 Days working.
- Boys: rotational shift with rotational week off ( in night shift travel allowance provided for boys.)
- Girls: Day shift only

ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES:

- Handling inbound or Outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Upsell products/services during calls.
- Ensure a positive customer experience
