CTC: 7.0 LPA to 8.0 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)

Role Overview

As a Business Associate Manager (BAM), you will play a crucial role in strengthening our agency distribution by identifying, developing, and enabling highpotential leaders, while driving profitable and compliant business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Strengthen agency distribution by identifying and nurturing future leaders
- Recruit, train, and manage Business Associates (BAs) and Advisors
- Drive Advisor career progression and build a pool of Premier Advisors
- Ensure Advisor retention through continuous engagement and coaching
- Achieve growth in New Business Premium (NBP) with a balanced product mix




- Ensure high quality of business, renewals, and persistency
- Monitor performance, coach teams, and review outcomes regularly
- Ensure adherence to all compliance, regulatory, and internal processes
- Participate in risk mitigation, business continuity, and process improvement initiatives

Eligibility:

- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Agency Sales / Life Insurance
- Solid team handling and recruitment experience
- Local candidates preferred
