CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate Freshers and UG with Minimum 6 months of BPO / Customer Support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
- Candidates with international BPO experience will be preferred.
