Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules with clients
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout and joining follow-up
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future openings
- Keep candidate and requirement trackers updated
- Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients




- Meet monthly closure targets

Required Qualifications

- 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Familiarity with job portals
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Good to Have

- Experience in IT or non-IT bulk hiring
- Basic understanding of technical roles and skill sets
