Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit candidates through field visits, local contacts, referrals, and job portals.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets as per business requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust local candidate network for bulk hiring.




- Coordinate with the HR/TA team for onboarding and joining formalities.
- Should be well-versed with the geography and major locations across Tamil Nadu.

Eligibility:

- Freshers and candidates with relevant recruitment/sales experience can apply.
- Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu districts, towns, and local areas.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment.
- Ability to work independently
- Two Wheeler is mandatory
