We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Finance Analyst to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will act as a key financial partner for assigned business segments, delivering accurate financial analysis, performance reporting, and strategic insights to support business leaders and the CFOs office.

Key Responsibilities

- Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly P&L; variance reports, gross margin (GM%) analyses, and budget vs. actual commentaries.
- Dashboarding: Build and maintain financial dashboards at the client/account level tracking revenue, GM%, PBH-to-FTE, and variance trends.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and rolling estimate cycles through financial modeling and data consolidation.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with segment leaders on ad hoc queries, deal reviews, pricing analysis, and root-cause analysis for underperforming accounts.
- Governance & Standards:



Ensure GL-mapped metric data integrity consistent with Corporate FP&A; standards.
- Management Presentations: Assist in preparing board-level and management committee materials.
- Process Improvement: Drive automation and reporting enhancement initiatives.

Key Requirements

- Education: CA (Inter) / MBA in Finance / CMA or equivalent.
- Experience: 23 years in FP&A;, business finance, or controllership.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel modeling skills; hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools is a plus.
- Data Handling: Proven ability to manage large datasets, GL mappings, and multi-entity consolidations under tight month-end/quarter-end deadlines.
- Soft Skills: Solid analytical capabilities, high attention to detail, and excellent business communication skills.
