Role & responsibilities
- Identify and onboard FinTech, DSA and Co-Lending partners.
- Drive digital sourcing and customer acquisition channels.
- Manage relationship governance, commercials and SLAs.
- Track partner productivity and portfolio contribution.
- Coordinate regulatory, legal and operational requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-6 years in Gold Loan, Co-Lending, Product, Strategy functions.
