We Are Hiring : Manager - Compliance & Governance

At Hesa, we are looking for an experienced Compliance & Governance professional who can take complete ownership of statutory, taxation, labour law, secretarial, and corporate governance compliances across multiple entities.

This is not a routine filing role. We need someone who has seen it all—GST assessments, income tax notices, PF/ESI inspections, ROC compliances, investor due diligence, audits, governance reviews, and complex business scenarios.

Key Areas of Expertise:

- GST
- TDS & Income Tax
- PF, ESI & Skilled Tax
- Labour Laws
- Secretarial Compliance
- Companies Act
- Corporate Governance
- Audit & Due Diligence
- Regulatory Compliance

Experience:

8–15+ years

Multi-state compliance exposure preferred





CA / CMA / CS preferred
