Highway Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Plan & Design: Develop 2D and 3D geometric highway alignments, intersections, roundabouts, and drainage systems.
- Site Supervision: Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering drawings, safety standards, and project schedules.
- Estimation & Documentation: Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, Detailed Project Reports (DPR), and tender documents.
- Quality Assurance: Implement QC/QA protocols and run field or laboratory testing for pavement and structural materials.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities (such as MoRTH or local bodies)
