Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Healthcare Management team. In this role, you will support day-to-day healthcare operations, maintain process documentation, and coordinate resources for global electronic application filings while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day healthcare operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate essential documentation and resources for global application filings.
- Process and manage electronic submissions, including:

- Original application filings
- Life Cycle Management (CMC) submissions
- Advertising and promotional submissions (Ad-promos)
- Amendments & Annual reports
- Structured Product Labeling (SPL) submissions
- Ensure high accuracy and timely completion of operational tasks within specified timelines.
- Maintain process documentation and strictly adhere to quality standards.




- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support digital transformation initiatives within healthcare operations.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Education: Any Graduate degree (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, BA, etc.).
- Ineligibility: B.Tech, B.E., and Masters degree (PG) holders are NOT eligible for this position.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting processes.
- Positive learning attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced workplace.

Work Environment & Shift Requirements

- Work Mode: 100% Work from Office (Navi Mumbai – Airoli / Dighe).
- Shift Timing: Fixed US Shift (5:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
- Flexibility: Candidates must be comfortable with the location, WFO model, and specified night shift timings.
