Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle calls related to healthcare revenue cycle operations.
- Communicate with insurance payers to resolve claim-related queries.
- Update and maintain accurate information in the system.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from B.SC, B.COM




- Good English communication skills.
- Good analytical skills and willingness to learn.
- Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift.

Training & Development: Comprehensive training and on-the-job guidance will be provided to help freshers understand the process and perform their responsibilities effectively.

Shift & Facilities:

- Fixed night shift.
- Saturday and Sunday off.
