Role & responsibilities

1. Integrated Health Data & Platform Development :- Lead backend integrations connecting health, wellness, and financial datasets to enable unified, analytics-ready platforms supporting customer and partner journeys.
2. Data Reporting & Dashboard Automation :- Ensure timely, accurate, and automated publication of business and health-management reports for leadership and functional stakeholders.
3. Portfolio Analytics & Financial Impact Measurement:- Develop analytical frameworks linking wellness participation, health outcomes, and claims experience to measure ROI and business impact.
4. Group Wellness Delivery & Client Engagement :- Lead execution and tracking of corporate wellness programs to drive measurable engagement and satisfaction.
5. Governance, Capability & Process Excellence Strengthen data governance, team capability, and process standardization to support health-management strategy.
