Transaction Processing Manager

Job Summary:

Manage end-to-end financial transaction processing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and timely completion of accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee transaction processing, accounting entries, and financial documentation.
- Manage invoice processing, payment transactions, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Ensure transactions are processed accurately within defined timelines and service-level agreements.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Implement process controls and identify opportunities for automation.
- Resolve transaction exceptions and escalations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and other finance teams.
- Prepare operational dashboards and performance reports.

Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification. Preferred Experience: 5 to 12 years

Required Skills:

Financial operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, ERP systems, Advanced Excel, process improvement, and team management.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
