Ensure implementation of all Management initiatives like QEOHS, TPM, RC or any such similar initiatives adopted by the Management from to time. Ensure the QEOHS Systems, Procedures and SOPs are being followed by all departments covered under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 50001:2018 standards by conducting periodical follow-ups and monitoring.

Internal Audit & MRM & External Audits

Training - Provide adequate training to all employees with regard to QEHS under ISO Standards applicable to the Organization. Ensure trained internal auditors as required are available at all times otherwise identify and arrange for training the personnel. Also coordinate with HR and other functional heads for annual training plan and its execution.





RC & RC Audit Coordinate with concern code and provide support as when required, arrange to conduct audit code wise and suggest to improvement in the system. To comply the requirements under the responsible care code, ensuring status and compliances.

Maintain relevant IMS documents; Resolve queries related to safety, health & workplace during audit in order to comply with ISO norms.

TPM Implementation and Management leading the implementation and execution of Total Productive Maintenance methodologies, including all pillars like Jishu-Hozen (Autonomous Maintenance), Planned Maintenance, Kobetsu-Kaizen (Focused Improvement), and Quality

Maintenance.
