Role Description The Head of Finance is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees the entire finance function, including budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading financial planning and analysis, monitoring costs, margins, and profitability,



and providing strategic financial insights to support senior leadership decisions. The Head of Finance will manage finance team members, coordinate audits and statutory filings, ensure robust internal controls, and optimize working capital and banking relationships. The role also involves partnering with operations, sales, and procurement teams to align financial performance with business objectives and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Finance and Financial Reporting.
- Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of Financial Statements and Budgeting.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills for forecasting, variance analysis, and decision support.
- Relevant qualifications such as CA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent professional certification.
- Proven experience leading a finance function in manufacturing or industrial sectors, preferably in electronics or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, compliance, and audit processes.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, stakeholder management skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a hybrid work setting.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, proficiency in ERP/financial systems, and excellent communication skills.
