About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR leader to build and scale our Employee Engagement function across India, with plans to expand globally across APAC and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and scale the Employee Engagement function from the ground up.

Lead and manage Employee Engagement SPOCs / Engagement Partners.

Design employee engagement programs, pulse surveys, eNPS, wellness, and recognition initiatives.

Drive employee retention and reduce voluntary attrition.

Develop engagement KPIs, analytics, and ROI models.

Partner with HR, Delivery Managers, and Client Partners to improve employee experience.

Present engagement metrics and business outcomes to senior leadership.





Expand the engagement framework into a global operating model.

What Were Looking For:

12–14 years of progressive HR experience.

Recent 5+ years in Employee Engagement, HRBP, or People Operations.

Experience in IT Services / IT Staffing / GCC / Qualified Services.

Proven experience building and scaling teams or functions.

Strong expertise in employee retention, HR analytics, and stakeholder management.

Experience managing distributed teams across multiple locations.

Strong business acumen with the ability to measure engagement ROI.
