Responsibilities

- Own the investor relations strategy and build a differentiated equity story across global and domestic investors, fund managers, analysts and ESG/stewardship teams.
- Articulate financial performance, strategic initiatives, the growth and expansion outlook and the sustainability agenda to the investor community.
- Attract and retain high-quality investors across segments, improving the depth and diversity of the investor base to support best-in-class forward valuations.
- Lead investor engagement in coordination with bankers, rating agencies,



index providers and regulators.
- Enhance investor communication through IR collateral and disclosures for quarterly earnings, CXO talk tracks, annual reports and market announcements, with consistent messaging in line with regulations and global best practices.
- Manage and expand research coverage and financial models for the listed entity, and maintain relationships with sell-side and buy-side analysts.
- Track market sentiment, peer positioning and shareholder feedback, and translate these into insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Represent the business at investor conferences, roadshows and one-on-one meetings.

Candidate Profile:

A seasoned leader with 15+ years in banking, capital markets, investor relations or corporate finance, supported by a qualified qualification such as CA, CMA, MBA or B.Tech. The role requires strategic thinking and the ability

to engage effectively with investors, analysts and senior leadership. A sound understanding of capital market dynamics, value creation levers and corporate transactions is essential, as is strong proficiency in technology, AI and data

analytics to drive insights, enhance investor engagement and improve decision-making. Exposure to metals and mining and experience with dividend-led equity stories will be an advantage.
