Key Responsibilities:

- Hardcore Head Hunting: Proactively identify, approach, and engage suitable candidates, including passive talent and professionals.

- Smart Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, selection, offer negotiation, and joining.

- Management-Driven Hiring: Understand management expectations, role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities to identify the right resources for critical positions.

- Faster Position Closures: Drive recruitment with a strong sense of urgency and ownership to reduce turnaround time and close positions within agreed timelines.

- Talent Mapping: Research relevant industries, competitor organisations, and talent pools to identify suitable candidates for current and future hiring needs.

- Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates on skills, experience, career progression, suitability, and alignment with management expectations before recommending them for interviews.





- Recruitment Funnel Management: Track candidates from sourcing to joining, maintain an active talent pipeline, and follow up consistently to minimise dropouts.

- ATS & Recruitment Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activities, and hiring updates in Zoho Recruit (ATS).

- Target Achievement: Meet monthly recruitment targets, improve sourcing effectiveness, and maintain a strong focus on quality hires and successful closures.

- Candidate Engagement: Build strong candidate relationships and manage the selection-to-joining process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
